Legacy Organizing Solutions
I’m an impartial party to help you through the process of making decisions about your special objects and collections, and where they go. A will is a great start—and I encourage everyone to see an ethical estate attorney about creating one. You can find attorneys locally who can draft a basic will for a fixed rate.
However, a will is just the first step in end-of-life planning, especially around your meaningful collections and possessions and the objects you want to pass on.Legacy planning addresses and clearly communicates your values and personal wishes so that you leave your affairs the way you envision.
Additional legacy planning considerations:Is maintaining family harmony important for you? Preparing in advance and communicating your wishes can be a gift of clear expectations.
Are there special items or collections you want to gift to friends, family, or organizations, now or later?
Are your beneficiaries aware of your wishes?
And many more considerations to think through
